The Matter Factory is a 1,350 square foot exhibit that challenges kids to explore and experiment with properties of matter. The exhibit provides hands-on learning through various stations where kids can test viscosity, conductivity, density, and molecule assembly. The central feature of the exhibit is the "Stuff Sorter" where kids determine the properties of different materials using a large mechanical sorting machine and turntable.
